What’s Included in the Warranty?

- Repair or Replacement: Depending on the nature of the issue, we will either repair or replace your item at no additional cost.
What’s Not Covered?

- Improper Care: Damage from improper use, including exposure to harsh chemicals or excessive force, is not covered.
- Lost or Stolen Items: Unfortunately, lost or stolen jewelry cannot be covered under this warranty.
