Horrible experience

Earring are badly made lower part doesn’t fit and tilts over Can wear the upper link only Really bad experience with customer service. Literally impossible to return. Opted to keep earrings for half price but getting the refund is also a tusk Five emails with the blame being put on the credit card no refund almost 4 weeks now
